Dr. Dale Salomon specializes in correcting problems with the teeth, gums, jaw and face, including problems caused by impacted wisdom teeth, facial trauma, and oral cancer. He provides services including extractions, bone grafting, and pre-prosthetic surgery to patients as young as 12.

Dr. Salomon has been helping people smile more since 1995. He earned his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. He also completed a residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. His undergraduate degree is from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Salomon is a member of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks some French and Russian.

Daniel P. Sykes, DMD, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Science degree in Zoology from North Carolina State University. In 1983, Dr. Sykes obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburg, School of Dental Medicine. Later, in 2016 he received a Master of Science degree in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University in Alabama.

Dr. Sykes provides general dentistry services to adults, teenagers, and children, which makes it convenient for the whole family to receive the dental care it needs in one place. Dr. Sykes provides preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services including exams and cleanings, fillings, crowns, dental implant restorations, bridges, dentures, night guards, oral cancer screenings, teeth whitening, and more. Plus, his office strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

When he is not creating beautiful, healthy smiles, he enjoys hunting, fishing, surfing and boating. Dr. Sykes is currently accepting new patients ages 2 and older.

Mack (Siamak) Rafieian, DDS, specializes in cosmetic procedures and full mouth rehabilitation. He treats seniors, adults, teenagers and children starting at age 8. Dr. Rafieian provides preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental services including fillings, extractions, bone grafting, crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implant restorations, periodontal disease management, laser therapy, oral cancer screenings and coast clear aligners.  In addition to general dentistry, his practice also provides specialty services such as oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics and endodontics. Plus, his office strives to accommodate same-day emergency dental appointments.

Dr. Rafieian earned an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Iowa in 1983 and then acquired his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1994. He owned private practices West Park Dental and Palm Harbor Dental, Florida for 18 years before re-joining Coast Dental as a General Dentist and Managing Partner at Coast Dental Clearwater.

Dr. Rafieian is a member of the American Dental Association and is fluent in English and Persian. When he’s not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys tennis, biking, swimming, jogging and as a former chef, cooking. He also collects art and Persian rugs.
