Dr. Nan Zhong, General Dentist
Nan Zhong, DDS, is a dedicated dental professional with a wide array of talents across her field. Dr. Zhong obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. Prior to her dental education, she laid a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Economics and a minor in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University New Brunswick, underscoring her multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Zhong’s proficiency encompasses a comprehensive spectrum of dental procedures, including but not limited to general restorative dentistry, advanced root canal treatments, surgical procedures like bone grafts and sinus lifts, and implant placements and restorations. Her care philosophy involves a personalized approach, ensuring each treatment is tailored to the unique needs and desires of her patients.
Dr. Zhong has been pivotal in shaping an environment that highlights the importance of seamless clinic operations and patient-centered care. Her holistic approach to dentistry is further enhanced by her participation in professional organizations such as the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida Dental Association (FDA), and the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), through which she furthers her knowledge of the latest advancements in dental science. Dr. Zhong is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, meaning she is able to ensure a comfortable experience for a diverse patient base. Outside of the office she maintains a love of music, taking particular interest in piano, dance, and the ancient Chinese instrument called “erhu” (二胡). This, in combination with her love of volunteering, illustrates Dr. Zhong’s belief in the importance of community involvement and personal well-being alongside dedicated patient care.

Dr. Jeffrey Ingalls, Oral Surgeon
Jeffrey Ingalls, DMD, AEGD, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Coast Dental as a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Ingalls attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia and continued his training with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Ft. Moore, GA. Dr. Ingalls completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Ingalls has fostered a robust practice focusing primarily on advanced surgical procedures, including pediatric surgeries, facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, trauma, TMJ disorders, pathology, and dental implants. He is known for his meticulous approach and commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Dr. Ingalls holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons where he is a fellow, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Outside the office, Dr. Ingalls enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including fishing and attending sports events. His dedication extends beyond his practice as he strives to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of surgical care, driven by the latest advancements in the field and his profound commitment to improving patient health and wellbeing.
