Everything was great I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and service I received. The only reason I gave a lower mark for wait time is because I couldn't be seen until verification of insurance was completed with insurance company.The front desk staff had to call insurance company to confirm coverage. I think that should've taken place prior to the appointment. Overall great experience

I take my son to a different Coast Dental location, but because the office was closed. The location that I was sent too was futher away but deffinley worth the 1hr drive. When we go there we had found out that the original dentist office never put my son on the schedule, but Coast Dental South Tampa took him in and seen him. What a wonderful staff!! Thank you again for getting us in especially during this hard time with Covid19. 5 stars all around!! Excellent service, highly recommend!! Thank you again!!

I was going to another Coast Dental location for years and I am definitely going to switch to see Dr. Bale from now on. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. All of the staff there were personable and welcoming as well.

Dr. Patel is an artist in her field - she puts a patient at ease, calmly explains procedures and communicates superbly with her assistants Christine (and JoJo). They literally do not have to exchange words because they are so attuned in anticipating the doctor's needs. This is an exceptional practice in every way!

Lots of crowns, perfect temporaries - especially from JoJo - and courtesies of courtesies from office manager Jeff (who is the only male I've seen there, not that gender matters!) The procedure went well.

Ok, I broke a tooth. A couple of years ago. Six months ago, I researched "best dentists in Tampa" Chose one, but never called. Then Wednesday evening, I broke off the one immediately below it. Slot-mouth! I made the call. Got in Thursday a.m., 8:30. Got x-rays and treatment plan (needed a L-O-T of work. Financially daunting.) But the team was ready and had the time, and so was my credit card. They forged ahead. Courteous, competent, pleasant. Got 4 crowns and one root canal, and prescriptions for antibiotics, pain pills, and steroids. Knowing how these things go, I got the prescriptions filled before I went home. Took the meds except for the pain pills - thought I'd wait till the anesthesia wore completely off, and life began to be uncomfortable again. Took a nap, woke up refreshed. The pain never came. Got a good night's sleep, put in a full day today, no problem, no pain meds. I'm booked up with this team for the next 3 Thursdays. Gonna get my toothy smile back! Thank you all! Except it

This is as much a review as it is a suggestion for improvement addressed to the Corporate Management of Coast Dental on S. Dale Mabry in Tampa, I think Coast Dental on S. Dale Mabry runs a top-of-the-line dental practice due not only t the state-of-the-art, highly customized, and well-managed ongoing care, but also primarily because of its friendly staff and primary Dentist, Dr Patel and the entire friendly, help-ful team. Nestled between Bay to Bay Blvd and Neptune Blvd by Publix, the office is in bad need of some aesthetic improvements to bring it up to par with the upscale South Tampa demographic. Not much is needed to give this place a good makeover to match the uber excellent staff, rates, and services. Trust me, I know. I went to the pricier offices in Hyde Park and never will return after my first visit. Yet here I am on my 2nd visit, had a crown and 2 fillings done and cannot compare to the other supposedly better, pricier joints. So yeah, with plenty of parking all around, all that's needed is a redo on the decor, paint job, ceilings, and turn this place into the best-rated, most-visited "Dental Spa" in S. Tampa! This place offers the highest level of customer service I have ever encountered in a small to medium sized dental office! I convinced my mother to make the switch and will continue to recommend as one of the best!

I got my new dentures yesterday and they are beautiful! I look completely different, but great! I am very happy with them and happy with the way I was treated, like family! I saw Dr. Stoici! I went in for what I thought was a cavity that needed a filling. Jo was his assistant and Ashley was the receptionist. Everyone in the office from start to finish couldn't have been nicer! After examining my tooth it was discovered that I'd need a root canal and crown. I was absolutely terrified. Dr. Stoici and Jo were so sweet and patient! They talked me through it with compassion and I was able to sit through my first root canal with no pain! I was so blessed to have found them! Thank you for making a terrifying experience much easier!

Love this office, location and staff. I have been in ortho treatment for about 4 months now and each time I present to the office I am welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful team. I recommend this location to all my family and friends when given the opportunity.

I had a really difficult time scheduling this appointment because I had initially made it 6 months prior. When I called to reschedule (in February for a February appointment) I found out they had accidentally double-booked my appointment. The staff was very accommodating with helping me reschedule, but there were no available appointments that worked with my schedule for two months, which was a little inconvenient. However, when I was at my appointment everything went smoothly, and all staff made a concerted effort to get me in and out of the office in a timely manner. The service overall was great!

Have been very happy with the South dental office for the last 6 plus years. The patient room walls could use a fresh coat of paint and front desk staff could be a little more welcoming though. The dental assistant that made my temporary bridge did a fantastic job! Can't recall her name, but am shocked at how good it looks. She really took care and time to make sure it was right. Looking forward to my permanent bridge in a month.

A band was not completely wrapped around a bracket and I was hoping that they would give me paperwork explaining proper care for my braces or even provide info online. Everything was verbalized, but I forgot some of the dos and don't s by the time I got home. Dr. Lockhart was fantastic!!! I had a difficult time understanding her assistant, though.

I used to be scared to death to go to the dentist, but not anymore. Everyone is nice and helpful and my fears are gone. They give me good advice on my dental care and I am seeing improvements with each visit.

The first visit of 2014 went smoothly. I'm on a regular quarterly schedule and will be back soon. There were absolutely no problems.

I'm so relieved to be out of pain. The only thing that concerns me is how the crown will look. I had a root canal and crown done a month ago and I liked the temporary 100 times better than the crown. It's a little yellow. I will eventually have it replaced when I can afford to. I'm out of pain though so homeostasis has been restored. I'm thankful.

IT WAS OK - A NEW HYGIENIST. HOWEVER I SAT WAITING TOO LONG A USUAL FOR THE DIFFERENT STEPS OF MY CLEANING.

I have been feeling pain for a while, but recently it has escalated to unbearable. Being a single mother, full-time college student and working only part time, I cannot afford the luxury of dental care on a regular basis. Honestly, I don't know how most people do. Just like anyone would, I desire to save my teeth so I will have to suffer for a while as I save up for my root canals. Going through this and feeling the pain that I feel on both sides of my mouth, it made me think about the people out there who have even worse issues than mine that go untreated and I feel sorrow for the suffering they must endure to try to afford the exorbitant cost of saving diseased teeth. I don't know how they can manage to walk around like that. Something needs to be done to make this more affordable for everyone. I will gradually have mine fixed, but so many others will continue to suffer and I believe this is a bigger epidemic than society realizes.

Staff very friendly and Dr. Stoici is a pleasure to deal with. However, it seems that every time I enter the doors of your offices, I am charged exorbitant amounts for the work needed. I know the dentist and staff realize my financial situation, but even cleaning hits my limited income hard.

They took more than 3 hours and most of the time I was waiting in a room. Besides this I can say that the cleaning was very thorough and the exam was good too.

It seems as though they are running behind quite frequently however once they were aware that I had to leave by a certain time, they were very efficient and polite about it which I really appreciated!

Everything went smoothly. All the personnel were polite and friendly.

Prior two appointments were not up to this office's usual standards. First time had to wait one hour and finally left. Second time it was extremely rushed and hurried. Third time I finally had the superb Dr. Stoici who was excellent; thoughtful, undersstanding, thorough and totally professional for a root canal treatment. Nobody likes undergoing a root canal treatment, but if you have to do it, you cannot find anyone better than Dr. Stoici.

It requires mental preparation for me to visit the dentist. Having said that, I was pleased with all aspects of Coast Dental in South Tampa. The receptionist, hygenist, dental assistants, the dentist and everyone in that office performed their duties with professionaism, courtesy with the right amount of friendly humor. I conversated withalmost everyone that I encountered and can honestly say that I enjoyed my day while at the dentist. There was a lot of work that had to be done, but I will be less anxious when I return for my next visit. Havingmore peace of mind. I thanked them all and recommend the entire staff. After getting my health insurance back after being laid off for a year, I went to this coastal Dental office and I was greeted with Kindness and respect.
