Dr. Caroline Henson, General DentistCaroline Henson, DMD, is a compassionate general dentist who is dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive dental care to each of her patients. Dr. Henson received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Georgia. She offers a broad range of dental services, including general dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, and extractions. Dr. Henson’s approach emphasizes patient comfort, clear communication, and collaborative treatment planning to help ensure optimal oral health outcomes.

Dr. Henson’s clinical experiences include providing pro bono services to underserved communities through her externship with Catholic Charities in Pittsburgh, as well as patient care roles with the Allegany Health Department and Mission of Mercy Pittsburgh. She is passionate about giving back, volunteering with the Special Olympics and local community events such as the Lawrenceville United Farmers Market. Dr. Henson is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She looks forward to welcoming patients and delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care to the community.

I felt so comfortable here. Everyone was so nice. I actually went in on the wrong day and they was able to still see me. I was really nervous bc where I went before was awful. They was very good with explaining everything that they was doing and what needed to be done. They wasn’t pushy or throwing big numbers at me making me feel like I had to get it done the next day. We went over options and our plan and I was very happy with the outcome. It was very clean. I literally walked out of a place I went to before while I was sitting in the chair bc of how I was talked to and made to feel so trust me when I say I definitely recommend this place it’s true. I came here on my boyfriend’s recommendation and I’m glad I did. I feel so grateful to this office after my last dental procedure (done by another dentist at another office) left me with an oversized crown. From the start, Courtney was a sweetheart and took such good care of us. And Dr. Basily is a dentist wizard! She listened to all of my concerns, cast a spell with her drill wand, and now my bite finally feels normal again. Today was my 3rd cleaning here, and my second time with Jose cleaning my teeth, and I can say with enthusiasm that in my 42 years on earth Jose has given me the finest teeth cleanings of my adult life. I say “adult life” because I can’t remember my teeth cleanings as a child. In all honesty, they are probably the best cleanings of my life. It’s the first time I have ever wanted to return to a specific dental office, and had a specific person clean my teeth.
